I stopped by this morning as I needed help with changing my license tags. Mark helped me without any hesitation and was super nice. I would definitely recommend Firestone Auto Care as they have great customer service.

I arrived when the store was already closing because I urgently needed to change the tire on my work truck. Even though it was late, Manager Max Warren went above and beyond to help me. He told me he doesn’t like to leave anyone stranded, and he truly proved it with his actions. Thank you, Max Warren, for the excellent service, professionalism, and willingness to help. I had a 2:00 PM appointment to mount two customer-supplied tires and rotate wheels. I arrived at 1:55 PM and check in was smooth but very slow, but nothing happened for about 90 minutes. When I asked for updates, I was repeatedly told I was “next.” After 3:00 PM I spoke with the manager, Max. He was unapologetic and, after I pointed out that I had already waited roughly 75 minutes past my appointment time, he told me he could give me my keys back and I could leave. That was a very dismissive, passive-aggressive response after such a long delay. My car was not pulled in until around 3:30 PM. During the wait, vehicles that arrived after me were serviced first. Firestone Complete Auto Care Tupelo, MS location is one of the best auto care centers. I have been taking my vehicles there for years. It is a wonderful, hard-working team there and always try to do their best with any type of auto repair. They are always friendly and helpful! They strive to take care of your vehicle and care about their customers.

Walmart sold me a battery they couldn’t install. It was too complicated to install being that I had an auxiliary battery and main battery. I called Firestone to see if they could install. Max said bring it by for them to look at it and headed straight there. Max asked a few questions and then got me checked in. I was in and out in 30 mins or less and for a fair price. I will be back!
