Firestone Complete Auto Care

Hello all and let me start by saying “it’s a beautiful day here,” Ryan is so awesome! He helped me navigate getting the information I needed to have my insurance take care of my car. Even though Firestone was not equipped for the major repairs my car needed. Ryan was willing to take my call multiple times, and even speak with my warranty company to provide his expert referral to a new mechanic. No matter what if you need something Firestone provides, come talk to Ryan he’ll treat you right, be patient, and have a smile the entire time!

After visiting another store that told me I would have to wait all day I called this store and got my vehicle serviced and fixed within 2 and a half hours. John was very professional over the phone and in person after my vehicle was finished. Justin didn't hesitate to answer my questions and he knew what the problem was once diagnosed. Overall this was one of my better visits to a Firestone location. This will be my new store for future car and truck service. Once again very professional employee's.

I've brought several cars here for tire installations and Ryan Reeves is always friendly and quick to help me. He is very professional and always has a smile on his face. I have been a customer since 2018 and love how close it is to my house.

I always take my vehicles to Firestone. They are communicative, work with me and non judgemental nor do I ever feel, as most women do, being talked over or talked down to. I am given an explanation on what is needed for my vehicle and have always been treated with respect. I appreciate Firestone. Their credit card has always come in handy too with larger unexpected repairs.

Walked into the service entrance door to the office through an open bay door (No cars, tools, or hazards or chains). We were greeted with "next time use the front door". No hello, how can we help you, or anything. Completely unprofessional! Looking at this individual in utter disbelief, it went completely downhill from there. We exited the same way we came in, but now the store manager was installing the bay door chains. Even as we were walking to and getting into our car, they continued yelling antagonistic statements, "don't come back yo my store", "have a nice day", "enjoy the weather", then standing outside waving as we drove off!
