Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had a very bad experience with this company. They're not just unprofessional; the only thing they did was damage my car. I went in to get a tire repaired, and they wanted to sell me four tires. I said I only wanted a repair, and when I told them they couldn't push four tires on me, making me replace all four, they didn't like that. I said I didn't want the work done, and I got in the car and drove off. When I was driving, I saw smoke coming from the car. I went to check and there was a rag with oil inside. When I realized they might have done that, I went to Google Business to search for any pictures of that cloth, and I found one. It was exactly the picture I found—a red cloth that they usually use. I went back to the store and complained, telling them they shouldn't have done that. N

Firestone Complete Auto Care at 322 E. Main Street in Westfield, MA deserves every bit of a 5-star rating! Crystal, the new store manager, absolutely rocks — she’s professional, personable, and clearly runs a tight ship. Josh Fines, the head tech, is hands down one of the most knowledgeable and friendly technicians you’ll ever meet. Matthew was super helpful and did an excellent job topping off my tires, and Orvin is a total rock star — honestly, he should be a store manager himself with how dedicated and skilled he is. With so many automotive options around town, Firestone Westfield is the only place I trust to bring my vehicle. Outstanding team and top-notch service every time!

Couldn’t take the time to do my alignment the correct way. They’re just trying to do them quickly so they can have more customers in one day. I’m a mechanic i know how this goes however do it RIGHT the FIRST time don’t rush it. Not to mention I had to take my wide wheels and tires off prior to my appointment because they don’t have large alignment machines

This is my second review for Firestone located at 322 E. Main Street, Westfield, MA, for a new visit. I posted my original review previously under another google account however it seems google does not allow you to post multiple reviews for the same business for return visits. Every time I come here, my needs are met. Crystal prioritizes every customer’s needs as if they are the VIP. That level of customer service is hard to find. Josh Fines, the lead technician, is the only person besides myself that I will allow to work on my vehicles. Recently, I posted on Facebook directing local residents to utilize the free tire pressure check service. There was a lot of pushback — people saying Firestone employees are crooks, etc. I’m here to say that is absolutely not true. Firestone employees

John and his team were truly flippin fabulous!! My husband and I were stranded here on our way home to Maine and they went truly above and beyond and helped to get us home safely!! I cannot tell you how grateful we are for their customer service and hospitality! Highly recommend this establishment!
