⭐☆☆☆☆ I brought my Land Rover to Firestone in White House for a shaking issue when accelerating and a pull to the right when braking. I was first told it was a broken belt in a tire. Later, I was told it was a broken left axle. I paid nearly $1,900 for the repair. When I picked the vehicle up, I was told the tires were rotated and fluids were checked. However: • My oil level was low • My washer fluid was completely empty • The rear lug nuts were still dirty and undisturbed, which strongly suggests the tires were not rotated • The vehicle still has a noticeable shake when taking off Additionally, while I was there picking up my vehicle, an employee was openly cursing about the owner and saying he was constantly “bailing him out” of things. That was extremely unprofessional and concerning. T

Absolutely great service! Drove in from out of town and had issue with tire. The team was able to get me in quickly and took care of the issue. Made us safe and reliable to continue on our trip! Stop in and use them if you ever need service!!

I went to Firestone in WH today, after something on 76 got caught in my rim and cut the tire. Dude informed me this isn't an issue and the integrity of the tire isn't a concern, so no need to use our road hazard protection. I tote two young children around in this vehicle. THIS IS NOT SAFE. Higher ups will be called tomorrow. If they make this right, I will update.

I’m a repeat customer of this Firestone location. I’ve always had a pleasant experience and this time was no different. Sean took my call a few days ago and answered all my questions about various types of tires and what would be best for my vehicle and trip types. He ordered new tires for me and when I arrived today for the installation he continued to deliver the same friendly customer service in person. Between Sean and Steve, I received several updates on the status of my tire installation. It wasn’t the fastest service, but I’d rather know the job is done right than in a rush to get me out the door. I’ll be back after another 55k miles!

I had a simple oil change today with some small Added services. The very kind man who worked the front desk, went above and beyond, to help me. He was absolutely amazing. I will only take my vehicle here!
