The craziest, laziest shop I have ever seen! Today, 22/8/2025 at 8 AM, I called them to check their availability. They said they are free, I then sent my driver to the shop. They pulled him to the bay, and did nothing for 7 hours and they took my 9 hour just for break line change It is unacceptable! Do not recommend at all!!!

On May 22nd I was having a break at this location. Decided to get regular PM on my truck and a guy who worked on it introduced himself as Daniel. Went to get some food and came back after 30 mins, he was still working on it (mostly using his cell phone under truck’s open hood). After he got everything “done” I went to the office, paid for the service, took my truck out to the parking spot, opened hood and found water separator wrench left there (that I returned to the shop) and found out no grease work was done - just grease “splashed” all over the parts - none of them were greased properly!!! Was easy to note because all of the nipples were still dirty and dry. Thank you Daniel for being an as$4013 and hope you still work for Speedco so your boss can see this and hope he will get you prom

Try to avoid if you can. Check in at 2pm for oil change,pm service, first in line, other truck was in the bay. Once they finished with that truck, they couldn't start it. I was waiting 5 hours for them to start and move that truck. Got in the bay at 7pm, and after 10 minutes they told me that they have no filters for my truck, speedco got it 20 miles north, but they are closed right now on Saturday. We can get filter in the morning from speedco. Come back and check in in the morning. I said ok. Came at 7am,check in, we will call you. Ok. I came back at 9am to see did they call speedco and they didn't. They told me pull in the bay. I pull up and they said we don't have same filters, but we have filters that works for my truck. Check in 7:20AM 11/13/2022 for a tire check. The employee on the register told me that all the tires are good he put air on all the tire less than 10 minutes, so am thicking let me check the tires myself and all of the tire need air and I find out a tire blowout. on top of that they could not remove the nut out of the rim for the tire. terrible service got out 2:45PM. I put air myself on all the tires went to the TA excellent service Young mechanic solve my problem in one hour thank you TA :)
