This company is a complete disaster. I ordered an inverter, relied on their delivery, and they completely failed me. When the package didn’t show up, I called only to learn they had canceled my order from the very beginning without so much as a phone call or email. Zero communication. Zero accountability. Their excuse? My billing and shipping addresses didn’t match, so they flagged it as fraud. Fine, mistakes happen. But instead of reaching out or helping me fix it, they left me in the dark. To make matters worse, I still don’t have my refund, and they flat-out refused to offer even a small discount on a replacement part. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it left an older gentleman stranded in his RV with no air conditioning in the middle of all this, because I was depending on Marine Part

I ordered a water pump kit for my Evinrude engine on a Wednesday and received it quickly by Saturday. Unfortunately, one of the gaskets arrived damaged. I called on Monday and Meghan provided outstanding customer service—she resolved the issue right away. By Wednesday, I had the replacement gasket in hand at no extra cost. Great service and fast response. I definitely recommend this store.

says package was delivered by ups but it never arrived to my business, i never signed saying it was delivered, I asked them to help....they opened a investigation thru ups, and now I'm waiting for ups to figure it out. bought thru ebay and only showed one tracking number, but after package was missing all the sudden there are two tracking numbers for items. one was some blue spray paint, and the other was four swivel chrysler exhaust seal kits. 181.00 dollars plus tax and because the tracking shows delivered ebay won't help! terrible seller, *update finally after a month of fighting with ups, seller sent replacements for missing parts.....

The gauges arrived carefully packaged with padding and waterproof bagging.
