This place is truly focused on 100% customer satisfaction. Took my big sleeper Expedite truck in for a failed Magnum inverter, Tyler ran all the necessary tests to discover my unit had a dead short, he explained the various things it could be and possible costs associated with them. I decided to have him take the unit out for further testing due to the fact that if I decided to not repair the unit there would be no cost to me for anything (that's pretty much impossible to find these days). I received a call within a few days with the diagnosis and repair costs, after a little discussion about how hard my specific unit is to find these days we decided it best to repair the unit. Amazing customer service. Had a problem with my Victron Multiplus while in the area. Had no idea they were close. Called and took my inverter by. They determined it defective, called Victron and had me a new one under warranty very fast . Can't recommend them enough. Tyler is the best

Sent me a broken fridge. Customer service "will get back to you" but never does. Disputed the charge and they called me back, sent my CC that they contacted me and said "everything is taken care of." Now I'm out $1200, have a broken fridge, and the dispute is closed because they falsified information.
