I want to see how this plays out , to all people in customer service, No customers!!! No job!!! Pretty simple !! As customers we want to leave the store and say , I’m glad I went there , not damn !! won’t be going there again. So be fair to your customers, forget about the store #s you need to hit to get your bonus! Not everyone has knowledge about what there buying or know the process in what is involved with your pricing for labor, time etc. I usually work on my own car/truck so this right here is not common for me. Be fair to the buyer and the business owners and the people will spread the word, the business grow because they will have peace of mind leaving there and 9/10 will be back for more! Huge shoutout to Firestone for their honesty and amazing customer service. They easily could’ve told me I needed a brand-new tire, but instead they were upfront and let me know it only needed a patch (saving me $240). That kind of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated. DJ took care of me and my sister, and he treated us with the utmost respect from start to finish. He was professional, kind, and never made us feel pressured or talked down to. Because of him, we’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others. Thank you, DJ and Firestone, for doing the right thing!

This shop gave me the best experience possible, 10/10 would recommend. The whole crew was super nice, they got me in 15 minutes before closing and finished my whole tire job. Bug shoutout to DJ and Chris, these guys were really kind about the last minute fix up and they were super quick and professional to repair it up for me. Car is fixed up and ready to ride, I’ll be a loyal customer here. Thanks for the service guys!

Kenney was very helpful in fixing my car. He took before and after photos for my husband who couldn't be there. He was very thoughtful and explained everything to me. Will be back. I also love the warrantees they have. Lifetime break pads, and alignments are great
