Would give -5 stars if I could. Stay as far away from Firestone in Inverness as you can. I took my car in for tires and was talked to like I was some stupid girl and just in general poor customer service/communication. My husband took his truck in for motor issues and got it back running even worse than it was. After several days of work, and a few thousand dollars in repairs later, we received a call, saying that the whole entire motor needed to be replaced. We asked for a full write up on what needed to be done/what was done to the motor and never got a response back. of course we tried several times to get back in contact and get information but the headache and frustration just wasn’t worth it… on top of two full times jobs we don’t have time to fight the fight and are now STILL workin
Always very nice and takes care of my Moms car!!!
