First Choice Auto Glass

Go here if you don't care about your car/truck. It took 5 trips, 2 windshields, and replacement cowling due to careless techs damaging my daughter's new car. The first windshield was blatantly defective with blurry looking spots throughout. Literally took 5 seconds to see this problem. They failed to install the 6 clips that secure cowling to car. On the 2nd windshield installation, technician left a razor blade to rust away in fresh air intake area. It was stuck in black adhesive. I would have never found this had I not done the work myself. I chose to install this cowling to prevent further potential damage to a new car. Now my last choice. I was generous with the 2 stars. I will add that shop did order oem parts to replace what they damaged. Otherwise it'd been 0 stars.

They did an amazing job and got the job done in less than an hour once they got the glass delivered. It looks brand new as if nothing ever happened to the car, they even vacuumed out my entire car that was filled with glass from the broken sunroof. It was the second time that we have used them. I always go to their store/ workshop to have it done. Had so many bad experiences with safelight when they did it at my house. The Subaru Dealer told me to go to First Choice Auto Glass. Good work, punctual and fast. Took them about 16 minutes.

Showed up quickly but that was the only good thing they did. Windshield was immediately leaking after they left, they came back and tried to convince me it wasn’t their fault even though the leak started 1 day after. When the leak happened again I sent photos and videos which they read and ignored (texts have read receipts on). Took the car to Safelite who properly fixed it but water damage was already done to the metal and some electronics. Don’t let these guys anywhere near your car.
