Five Star Transmission

Five Star is amazing... the owner is an honest and respectable man with integrity, whom takes pride in the work and services he provides for his customers. As a women, I have been taken advantage of by many, many mechanics, including franchise entities like National T & B and Jiffy Lubes, etc. Every encounter with another mechanic was the same outcome...always provided scare tactics and talked into repairs, that are later found to be unnecessary and over-priced, or items added on to basic services like oil changes for no reason at all. For the last few years... The only mechanic I use or allow to work on my vehicles, including my company vehicles is Five Star. I have never had a bad experience, they are always honest, and up front about the scope of work for repairs. Thank you Rene for d

Please don’t come to this business the owner is an old guy and is so disrespectful I used to come to this place because one person recommended me to and after a while doing my repairs here he’s been scamming me and started acting nasty And so disrespectful so please if you haven’t come to this place think twice first visit good second he start acting up If you do oil change I guess is fine He took my crv and keep it for like two week saying he has no time, no time? Why did he took it then And when I come him about my vehicle keep saying if you want you can go somewhere else So disappointed about this business And I also been scammed with my other civic I brought… don’t do it, think twice about this business if I can call this place that…

I was going to go into detail, but no one likes long-drawn-out posting.. I am going to say this with 100% certainty. This place is honest, and I am telling you that i was ripped off previously at 2 other places., 5 star transmission. Heard me out they took my truck, and they repaired, with excellence, what five other automobile service shops told me was impossible. Not only did they do that, but the price that they charged. It's a complete what was considered impossible, was incredible. I would refer this place to anyone and everyone that will listen. I would send my 97-year-old grandmother there. Without hesitation! Not only trust these people, and believe everything that they say, but their price is so fair.! Love them
