Mike Mullins Brake & Alignment

Mike is awesome. I have been coming to him for years. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. He has never let me down. He is very nice, professional and affordable. And so is his staff.

Took my truck here with a wiring issue and was assured by mike he was capable of diagnosing it. But he just put a fuel pump that wasn’t needed on and told me “ He didn’t have time to chase wires. And I could pick my truck up for $500.” Well after no negotiations with him and him calling the Douglas County sheriff’s to mediate I’m back to square one minus the $300 I paid him and another $100 for a tow to get it home I’m def not going to be trusting Mr. Mike Mullins with another vehicle of mine. 😒

I found Mike by Google (one review in particular stood out to me, the person said that he used Mike and Mike had a customer for life... so I knew he wouldbe great ☺). I Called a few places and he was by far the cheapest (over the phone). I was impressed at the fact that he was able to fit me in that very day. He placed my car on the lift and knew right away my wheels were out of alignment by just looking at them. He got me back on the road as promised (I had an appointment to get to). Very impressed with Mike and the gentleman helping him. He told me he has been in that establishment for 33 years and working on cars since he was 15. Very friendly and very honest man. I had talked Mr. Mike a while back about my problem with my alignment and Rack N Pinion. He gave me a freaking great price and stood by his word. Took my car up today and literally maybe 2-3 hours later it’s done. I haven’t felt my car drive this smoothly in sooooo long. I’m so glad I lucked up on him because he is officially my mechanic moving forward!!!!! Thank you so much for your help honesty and reasonable prices. You are the best!!!! You’ve earned a customer for life hands down.

Mike has OUTSTANDING customer service and GREAT quality of work! His price was very reasonable and he is an honest mechanic. I highly recommend his shop for your auto repair needs.
