We love Flagg's. I've always been cautious of auto repair shops, however not any more. Honesty and quality are priority. Thank you for such great service to our old heaps.

I recently had two excellent experiences at Flagg's. I had taken my Enclave in to the dealership multiple times for an issue and was told they couldn't replicate it and therefore couldn't help me. The condition continued to get worse until my vehicle was almost undriveable. Finally, I tried Flagg's and they were able to pinpoint the problem right away. They got my car fixed up and back on the road very quickly! The staff at Flagg's is friendly and helpful and they have good communication. They gave me updates and explained the work they were doing. They also gave me an accurate estimate up front and didn't try to add onto it when the work was done. I will definitely be coming back!

The team at Flaggs took great care of my vehicle, did a thorough inspection, and diagnosed my issues quickly and professionally. They clearly explained what the issues were, and offered me options for dealing with the most critical issues, and preparing for what may need attention down the road. The repairs were handled quickly and competently, and they stand behind their work. We look forward to working with Flaggs for all future repair/maintenance needs. A family business, with a family feel!

Took my car in right away and had a delay with parts on back order, gave me a loaner because of this, and my repairs at the end of everything end up being not only reasonably priced but done sooner! Shout out to the owners Jenn and Todd for being communicative and understanding (I was a bit of an emotional mess nothing they did to cause it but they were understanding lol). And shoutout to Dillon for repairing my vehicle as fast as he was able to!
