All around great experience. Ed was our Sales Professional and he was great! He understood what we wanted and needed and was diligent in his follow-up. Everything was done by phone and online so the entire process I did without having to leave my house. I had a few questions on the paperwork and the finance person was highly responsive. Then, getting the car delivered to my house was awesome! We sat in the car and she showed me the ins and outs of the car and was great to work with. I've never had an easier or better experience buying or leasing a car!

Me and the wife were searching online for new trucks. We found the perfect sierra at4 we loved. We went in and had Geoffrey Hinkle as our salesman. He was the most helpful and down to earth guy. Just tells you how it is. Very personable. Would 100% go back to youngs in the future. Love the truck.

PARTS & LABOR are priced well OVER MSRP compared to typical market rates. There’s a lack of transparency when a FULL ITEMIZED breakdown was requested and not provided prior to doing the repair. The transmission repair was claimed as complete before a test drive was performed. A test drive was only done after I specifically asked for one, to confirm the repair actually fixed the issue. I just purchased this vehicle from Young Buick GMC in Oct of 2025, and really expected this dealership that has a motto of “ Excellence at every turn” , to show actual customer service not the total opposite. I definitely DO NOT recommend this dealership for any type of PARTS or SERVICE !

not even 6 months after owning the car that i bought from here it started having issues like going into limp mode, after doing some looking around in the motor we discovered a cracked piston. pretty sure the dealer ship knew about this issue because only one of the caps was replaced and looked brand new while the other three were very old looking and cracked. so i totally appreciate being sold this car when i cant afford to replace the whole engine as an 18 y/o with no savings 👍
