First I want to state that our vehicle was sublet to Lunghamer as we purchased our Ford used from another brand dealer. But that didn’t stop Lunghamer and especially Jason in Service department at the Perry location. To go above and beyond for us as if we were lifelong customers. Jason had our vehicle for just about 5 weeks and maintained communication almost every single day of the week! Unmatched customer care and service. He was very transparent and honest, always looking out for my pocket while dealing with our 3rd party warranty company. Almost 2 weeks of the service time was Jason constantly negotiating with the warranty to company to hold up their end of the deal and cover every component that needed to be fixed. Lunghamer does my oil changes, tire rotation and checks everything over every time. Booking is easy, they'll pick up and deliver my car, or if I go in for my oil change, it's less than a 1/2 hour in and out. I love that it was super quick and they kept my kids entertained. Adam in the service dept is super easy to work with and is very transparent!
