Josh and his team have taken care of our family for years, never disappointing! Impact Auto body’s service is the best around. I can always count on getting our vehicles back better than new when they’re done with it. I would recommend these guys every time for door dings, smashed front ends, and everything in between!

Had a minor impact with a big ole raccoon. Not A lot of damage but enough that I needed a body shop. Normally, I don’t deal with the local body shops. I usually just go to the dealership when I need help with my car. My nephew referred me to impact where I walk in the door and I was greeted by Josh the owner and he was a kind guy and helped me out right away. He worked with my insurance carrier had me bring my car in on Monday afternoon and it was already ready by Thursday afternoon. They do not waste any time at this shop . Repairs were done perfectly. He even had my car warming up for me, knowing that the weather was cold And snowing out. I get in my car and they had cleaned my floors, my seats and my dash very, very nice gesture. I hit a deer with my truck and these guys had it back to me in a week. Not only did they do great work on the damage, they also cleaned and detailed the inside. Communication was great, customer service was phenomenal, and the work second to none. I feel like 5 stars isn't enough. The only place I would recommend for body work in the future.

Impact Auto restored my son’s truck a couple of years ago. The work was very impressive so I returned with my wife’s truck. The work was more intensive. New front doors, rocker panel, tailgate, emblems, graphics, new bed, and much more. The truck looks better than the day I bought it twenty five years ago. The attention to detail is second to none. Josh also made me feel like I was the most important person around when I visited the shop. He graciously allowed me to photograph the work in progress. He was very receptive when I showed up and wanted to add more to the project. I interrupted his day several times and he always made time for me. Impact is THE place for auto body repair in Owosso. The Impact team went above and beyond in getting our truck fixed after hitting a deer. They had a quick turn around on it and worked directly with our insurance to get everything taken care of. When we picked it up it had been washed and detailed on the inside. Would highly recommend anyone needing a body shop to take it to Impact!
