Flagship Carwash

Yes so I just left the flagship car wash and I thought they do a full services on the interior of the car. They did a half ass job on the inside of my car. I still see that I have dirt in the corner of my car and the middle part where you store item at in the car was not clean out and the side doors of the car was still dirty. The only the clean was the exterior and the Matt that goes inside on the bottom of the car inside of the windows of my car (in and out ).What time of service does a half ass job. That was too fast of a job. Bad service, a waste of $44 dollars. I will not be going back!.I appreciate the fact that they tried but again a waste. This is very unacceptable. They just completely forgot the back of my car and the floor the mats everything so they just did a half ass job.

I had the best experience today at Flagship Car Wash in Vienna. My car looks absolutely amazing and the entire team went above and beyond. A huge shoutout to the supervisor, Ali, who was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating from start to finish. I had a lot of stuff in my car that I had to take out before the wash, and even though the team was clearly very busy and the line was moving quickly, the workers actually helped me put everything back into my car afterward. That level of service and kindness really stood out to me. Ali and the entire crew were friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. 10/10 recommend Flagship Car Wash over any other car wash in the area, and

I had an old forester I was fine taking through Mr. Car wash even if it likely got scratched. Got a new car and wanted to go somewhere less likely to cause damage. Seemingly a smooth set up - and it is. I opted for the $44 deluxe cleaning. However, my windshield on my new car I have had less than a month is scratched on the inside of the windshield (how??) and the plastic on my dashboard is scratched much worse. You can’t see these scratches on the inside of the darker car wash premises, just out in the daylight. Based on their policies, you can’t bring up a complaint after you have left the premises. I could not see these scratches until I left. I won’t be returning or recommending them.

Took my car in for a wash today. Impressed with the level of service and the efficiency of the business. Having said that, $44 for a full service wash is steep and totally not worth the price. The interior of my car was not properly cleaned (dirt under the mats) and neither was the exterior. I wanted to love this place, but I will not be back. I will continue to make the long drive to Three Cees Car Wash in Reston. Literally the best car wash service in the area.

Earlier today (10/5/25), many clients, including myself, faced the longest wait at Flagship Vienna. Despite being patient and understanding that malfunctioning happens, some things are harder to forgive. When there is a long line of cars standing still because the conveyer belt has issues, at some point, someone has to make the decision to start turning cars away (until the problem is resolved). And it could be the case that maybe that someone/a manager was not onsite to make that call. If you’ve ever been to the Vienna location, you know that once you’re up that ramp, there’s no going back. And so, the mistake many of us made was to be patient (we know it’s a busy location) because it takes getting past the barriers to understand that they were actually having problems with the conveyer b
