Flying Ace Express Car Wash

I simply wanted an $11 car wash. I have never met such pushy sales people. I told the attendant 3x what I wanted. She kept pushing and pushing to get me something else. Then she had the audacity to start interrogating me about why I was “really there” to use the vacuums? I had absolutely zero interest in using the vacuums being that it was a windchill of -5° outside. I simply wanted one of the $11 wash and a respectful no three times was not good enough. I eventually just exited the line and took my business elsewhere. Absolutely positively will never be back. do not trust this location with your loved ones and family. Younger female with brown hair and a red beanie.

Haley was EXTREMELY RUDE! I have never been spoke to so rudely by a sales person in my life. I have been in sales, my husband is currently in sales and we were both flabbergasted. Absolutely crazy! She held our credit card and told us all the absurd reasons why the $11 wash was "just hose water and would do nothing for our car" after we told her 3x that we will stick with the basic wash she finally rang it up and while she handed our card back she said " well enjoy your hose water wash" in a very condescending way. The nice woman who gave our kids suckers and started the wash on the inside was very nice. The regional manager on the inside I spoke to was also very nice and professional. My worry is that with all the previous reviews, about this same employee, shows that the company is encou

Car wash is fine but I think today was the last time that I will frequent this place. First the $7 wash is now $11…for the same wash! But I wouldn’t even mind that is I didn’t have to sit through a 5 minute sales pitch! I told the girl NO 3 times and she kept talking. Finally I just said never mind and left! I understand you have to do your job, but when a customer continually says no shut up and give them what they want! I want a quick car wash not a timeshare presentation! And unfortunately they have redesigned the entrance so that is you don’t have a membership you have to go through this EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Absolutely amazing service from Autumn at Flying Ace Car Wash! Autumn went above and beyond to make sure my car came out spotless and that I was happy. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience quick and pleasant. I’ve been to a lot of car washes, but the attention to detail and customer care I received here especially from Autumn she was exceptional. Highly recommend Flying Ace because of staff members like her!

My car came out clean, but that's the only good thing I have to say. While in line the person in front of me was taking a while to pick a wash, and I found out why. I asked for the basic wash, and the attendant tried up selling me. My car was pretty dirty so that was fine. I asked for a single wash, but she tried to convince me to get the monthly pass. I again just asked for a single wash. She asked me how often I wash my car and why I didn't want to get the pass and telling me about the storm that's about to come in. She became almost argumentative with me. Asking me once is fine, but repeatedly asking after I've politely declined is too far. It was such an unpleasant experience
