I have a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe. No one could figure out the problem with the vibration & noise when the car was driven over a certain speed. Mr. Shane spent an abundance of time figuring out & fixing the problem. Everyone @ Forbes is very nice & most importantly honest. That’s not something you find often. They did a great job & now that is where I choose to go & even recommend them to my family & friends. They are trustworthy, honest & they do quality work. I can’t say enough positive things about them.

Pricey but, they fix it right! When you pick up auto after repair you have No worries!

did good work for a decent price and they’re nice people but i got my car back with completely scuffed up rims (that had maximum a few scratches when dropped off, now have full chunks of paint missing as if they were slid on concrete) and dried oil all over every bit of carpet inside the car from somebody’s shoes so it’s stained permanently. happy with how the car drives, very unhappy with other aspects getting ruined in the process.

Forbes Automotive in Livingston LA is the best in the state. My warranty company did not want to pay for my transmission and Forbes Automotive fought with them for months for me and got the company to finally see the light. They made many phones on my behalf and really fought with my warranty company. I can not express how much they have done for me and they deserve much more praise than I am giving them. They are honest friendly and do excellent work. I will always recommend them to anyone I know about the exceptional service they offer and the excellent work. They are definitely the best repair company in this state.

Excellent experience! Office staff were friendly & eager to assist. I had taken my daughters Toyota Highlander to 2 other places & they couldn't figure out what was going on with her a/c... within a couple hours Forbes had called with issue & had it fixed!! Price w/ labor was also excellent! Highly recommend! Very knowledgeable & affordable.
