KING TIRES AND RIMS

Ive done business multiple times and never had an issue until yesterday. Bought 2 used tires bc I really didn't want to spend the money on new tires just yet but after they were put on we notices a gash with exposed wires and knot in side wall of one, the other was over 8 years old with clear dryrot visible, they place the tire so the manufacturer date was on inside of the tire. Obviously it is a used tire so we were mainly concerned about the sidewall damage in the other. Today as I went to get the one swapped out, they let me sit there about 45 minutes handling 2 other customers while my car sat on a lift with 1 tire missing. Have brand new rims and they changed my tire and also scratched my rim completely around it like the tool they used to get the tire off scratched it up. And when I said something he offered to paint it should have said my tire was free or he would cover expenses on fixing my new rim. Never will go back or tell anyone to go here. Have pictures to prove this also.

I really appreciate this company. They charged us $50 to come get us on the side of the road. He took the old tire off, we purchased a new tire, and he put it back on. We spent $250. Nothing beats a new tire and great service. I will most definitely stop here again. I truly believe in paying people for their time. Thanks for great service.

I've paid right at 100$for used tires and have had nothing but problems out of the passenger they replaced finally after going back 2 times now I'm having problems with the belt in the driver tire and he has a notice on the door something bout permits is advise if he wants to make it right he needs to lete know cuz I can't hardly even drive my van and I have 4 kids

Travis and his crew are some of the best tire people around. Fair pricing, great service and if you need a tire he can special order anything you might need. I am a repeat customer and a very happy customer. If you are in Livingston, it doesn't make sense to go anywhere else for tires.
