I understand you take appointments first. But when you only have 2 employees helping customers, one employee checking people in, 1 employee checking their phone and walking around doing absolutely nothing, and at least 1 worker in a back office it's no wonder you consistently deal with walk-outs. It is inexcusable to make people wait over 2 hours because you will not staff more than 2 workers who actually work. I walked out after waiting just under 2 hours. Gentleman next to me was over 2 hours. Few others were there around when I did. They take so long you can't get walk-ins taken care of.

Made an appointment to take the motorcycle endorsement written test here. The employees were friendly and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. If you take the test here, be sure to read the Motorcycle Operator Manual available online as this is where the test questions come from.

If you want to actually be seen at the time of your appointment you’ll need to show up and check-in 30-40 minutes prior to your appointment. Absolutely ridiculous considering I went out of my way to book an appointment (I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes for my appointment and it is 35 mins PAST my originally appointment time)

Extremely long waits. At first it felt very confrontational and detached but after dealing with several of the employees they were doing their best to accommodate everyone in a job that is constantly changing. They need support because they are taking the pain for legislation they didn't have a hand in.

Can't even ask a question without them being rude! Put a smile on your face! Act like you actually like your job
