Can’t sit on hold for this long, consistent with other reviews, calling does nothing
Absolutely laughable, 5 times I tried to call them - no luck. They do not pick up phones, do not resond over email and even on Facebook - crickets, message about part availability sits unanswered since March. Local managements needs to be fired.
Do NOT buy from them! They sold me a Grade A transmission for $3000 only to receive it in poor condition and then it doesn’t work! Metal all in the fluid. Some guy from Kansas denied my warranty claim with less than 10 seconds of information. So now I’m out 3 grand and still have a broke car
Kim in Livingston and Trey in Port Allen are Both Amazing and Top Tier!! Great Experience, I will always use them in the long run!
I stopped by on a Friday morning, kimberly was very helpful, picked up my part same afternoon!! Part worked fine!! Ordering more parts Monday morning!!
