Fox Hyundai

We took our Kia in for an oil change and had an oil leak right afterwards. Something to do with the oil filter lost over 2 quarts of oil after driving home had to get it towed to Kia. They said it was a faulty fuel filter. I believe they just didn’t take the gasket off so there was two gaskets and did not seal They brought us our vehicle back and there were still oil everywhere on the car. They did not put the cover back on that comes off to get to the oil filter we were told that everything was taken care of, and it was not service is very poor. also, they did not put the air filter back on correct they never snapped it back on very disappointed I hope all kia dealers are not like this. We will be looking for a different dealer. Also very hard to get a hold of anybody to talk to them. It’

I came to Fox Hyundai on a Saturday (30 minutes before closing) and Dan was super helpful with helping me find a car. He ended up staying an hour after closing because he really cared about me finding a car I truly liked (it was also 2 degrees outside). I ended up coming back the next week, test driving a few cars, but I still had my eye on a Hyundai Kona (which was in the process of getting detailed). He went above and beyond and ended up driving to pick the car up himself so I could test drive that one. I recently brought my 2016 Kia Optima in for some recall work and a check engine light issue, and the team at Fox Kia handled it perfectly.
