I can’t say enough good things about Fox River Tire & Auto! They were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice to take care of needed maintenance before a long trip, which gave me so much peace of mind. Matt and his team made sure everything was safe and road-ready, and I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell anything that wasn’t necessary. The waiting room is a pleasant, comfortable space to get work done — and I was pleasantly surprised by a visit from Bear, the adorable puppy who stopped by to say hello! Matt and his team are always friendly, helpful, and truly a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

The pre-purchase inspections are worth their weight in gold! This week, I brought two cars in that I was considering buying. The first one had issues I would have never guessed. The inspection saved me from a huge mistake and thousands of dollars of repairs in the near future. The next day, I brought in a different car based on what Jeff had taught me about the importance of a timing belt. That car passed inspection with flying colors with one exception. I took the report to the used car dealer and he agreed to make the needed repairs at no charge. The inspections paid for themselves in spades. I will never buy a car without having the guys at Fox River Tire & Auto look at it first. This was my first experience buying a car on my own and I did not want to be taken advantage of. Jeff & Ton

Very professional and understanding shop. On both events that I've had to bring my vehicle to them the gentleman at this shop were able to help me out. I've had my exhaust manifold replaced here and just recently I've had to get a diagnosis to help me find an issue. When I needed the diagnosis they were able to fit me in very quickly.

Honest and trustworthy! I had my tires replaced by these guys a couple months ago. I recently found a nail in one of the tires and brought it in for the tire to be replaced. They took the nail out and noticed that the tire was not leaking air and it was holding pressure. They told me the nail had not punctured the tire and that I didn’t need to replace the tire. They could have gone ahead with the replacement to make money and I wouldn’t have known the difference, but they were honest with me and saved me money, which I appreciated!
