I honestly never write reviews — but I’m going out of my way for this one because people deserve to know about Gil’s Automotive. I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received. From day one, he has been straightforward, professional, and genuinely cares about doing right by his customers. He tells you exactly what you need — nothing more, nothing less. No upselling. No pressure. Just honest work. In an industry where it’s hard to know who to trust, this place is hands down the most trustworthy shop I’ve ever been to. I brought my teardrop trailer and Subaru in last summer and Gill's Automotive did a phenomenal job installing both brake and 7-pin electrical connectors to my car. GIll's is simply the BEST in customer service and installation! I would not hesitate to recommend Gill's for any service or installation needs!

Small shop well maintained. My service technician (Steve ) was extremely polite and informative answering all my questions. My appointment was 3;30pm ,when I got there a bay already available. Until recently I have been taking my car to a name brand repair shop but never really felt like it was a good experience. I've been driving by Gil's for years and decided to take my car in to check my air-conditioning. I'll most definitely return.

I came into the shop with a check engine light. The Gills Automotive team diagnosed it and when we spoke on the phone, Steve explained to the issue and explained the research he had done when the cause was not apparent. They made the repair at a reasonable price and the check engine light went away. The car subsequently passed emissions testing. I will definitely return for my next repair need.

lots of mechanics in this area but Gill's is the best. they know most people aren't mechanics and they explain things well. prices are reasonable, but call ahead to schedule. A++
