Trailside Auto Repair

Trailside is one of the best Auto Repair places I have gone to. Have been going there for a bit now as well as my family members and never any problems. Prices are great, Mark the owner and Brandan the manager are just awesome, so very kind. Didn't have an appointment, needed my car towed and they took care of it right away.

Excellent team at Trailside. Had significant work done on my car (camshaft replacement, timing chain replacement, sprocket assembly) and they did a terrific job, on schedule for a fair price. In fact the price they quoted offered such a significant savings I had my car towed there from another shop. Mark invested 10 minutes at completion showing me the old camshaft explaining exactly what went wrong, which is a known shortcoming for my vehicle. There was a follow-up issue at pickup unrelated to the work they did and they were able to get that diagnosed and resolved for a good price (bad coil on spark plug). A week and a half later the car is running great, and I'm a happy customer! I'll definitely visit them first for any future needs.

Brandon and the team at Trailside customer service was second to none. We were stranded down the street and walked in to see what they might be able to do. It felt like they truly cared about my car, getting it done correctly, and getting me back on the road. They were helpful in the tow process, proactively called with updates and earned my business for the rest of our auto service needs.

Honest, knowledgeable, friendly and timely. Always a positive experience and appreciate being able to trust the assessment and recommendations. Have saved $ based on accurate assessment of issues I thought were more severe.

Ive helped transport my families cars for years here. My personal first time bringing my own vehicle in and Brandon was very clear about everything and reception was delightful!
