Extremely grateful and appreciative for the team here at Precision. They serviced my BMW which was in need of quite a few repairs. Kevin and Lucas were kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Their inspection procedure is next level. You will receive a detailed report with photos and comments on what is wrong with your vehicle. Pricing is very reasonable. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. My vehicle runs great and they will be recommended to friends and family. Precision will be my go to Auto repair shop.

I started taking my Range Rover and Audi TT to Precision for a couple of years now. They provide an excellent level of annual service, consultation, and inspection, and their repair work has been flawless. The appointment system, follow up and quote/approval process is great. Every estimate of time and cost has been exactly as quoted. Prices for repair and extended service work are within expectation for quality service done on cars that are hardly known to be cheap to maintain. Highly recommend them!

My car ran low on coolant and overheated on Thursday. Friday morning I called Precision Motorworks and spoke with Lucas. He said if I could get the car in they would be able to look at it. I got my car towed in Friday morning. They were able to look at it in the afternoon and gave me an inspection report with pictures and a video of coolant leaking from the water pump. They quoted me to replace the water pump, fix my AC and an oil change. I believe their prices were fair and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I approved the work over the weekend and by Monday afternoon all the work was done and the car was ready to be picked up. So far I'm happy with their work, professionalism and pricing. Precision Motor works did an excellent job on 2 of my vehicles. I brought in my 2011 Audi to upgrade older halogen light bulbs & replace new much brighter bulbs. Makes a big difference. Also had an oil change and tire rotation. All work done professionally and fast response. I had a check engine light on may Jeep while Audi was worked on so I dropped of at Precision and they found root cause and repaired. I especially like the detailed inspection report with photos. PM are real pros and I highly recommend them for repairs and to get a good baseline for your vehicle with their detailed reports. Not many shops go to this level. Thank you Lucas and your team.
