It is very annoying if you cancel the renewal of mothly unlimited membership. As said fron their website, you have to cancel before 7 business days of the expiration. So I cancelled in advance. The system did not le me in saying because I cancelled renewal! The staff spent about 15min checking my purchase record even if I provided the phycisal receipt. They even asked me to provide the credit card I used to pay after seeing my receipt. Finally they said they could not find my purchase in their system but they would still give me a one-time pass as a favor. That's ridiculous. The male staff even blamed me for cancellation.

I don't live close by, but I came here for a quick car wash. The wash was excellent, but even better, there was no sales pitches! I will go out of my way to go to a car wash if I know I can just go there for a simple wash without 80 questions on subscribing to a service. Thank you owners.

Emily, the assistant manager is always so friendly and tries to help in every way possible this place is so well kept clean even the service station. The bathrooms are clean, but the car wash is just exceptional.

Awesome service and friendly employees. Great vacuums, and moist towels for that finishing touch inside and out.

Car was half way washed, got $18 MGMT special and tires were not even touched. Do not waste your _$ might as well use a fire hydrant wash. and you will see one tire half washed
