Employees here are not properly trained my payments change and I was not notified so when payments came up, it was a struggle to try to communicate with them. They pretty much told me if I don’t pay the full amount. I’m not gonna have my insurance. My husband and I will definitely be looking to switch to something else.

My family received a quote for insurance, paid the initial deposit to start the policy, then were told a week later that if we wanted to keep the policy, it would be an additional $200/month from what we were quoted! When we asked the representative to speak with a manager, we were transferred to someone and the conversation went like this: "Yeah?" , "Hi, I am waiting to speak to a manager.", "Well, that ain't me, so hang up." They have not answered the phone since. Absolute garbage company in my experience.

Ximenna was quick to assist and knowledgeable. She provided outstanding service. She was patient and kind. Employee of the month status. 🙌

I went in today to make a change on my policy and I was impressed on how quickly Alyssa was able to take care of it. She was very pleasant and patient. Very happy with how she took care of me.

I came into get policy from this location and this place is horrible. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Extremely lack of communication The two girls who were running the show 7/11/2017, were talking about their Lifestyles and how frustrated they were with some guy named Oscar?? I was then told to get a declaration page, and get it Faxed to them. I did then right before i'm making the call they tell me, "oh our fax machine doesn't work" What the hell? I'm not one to never THAT custermer but this should never be that difficult or frustrating to get a policy
