Extremely dishonest experience. I called ahead and was clearly told the price would be $75. When I arrived, David suddenly said it was $100. After I told him what I was quoted on the phone, he reluctantly agreed to $75. Then things got worse — after I handed him the money, he walked off, came back, and claimed I was $10 short. I know for a fact I gave him the correct amount. I know he pocketed $10 Unprofessional, shady behavior. I would not trust this place and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Crooks and scammers… Spanish salesmen try to sell me a transmission that been there in ages and claimed it came from a Mercedes with 70 K miles that upon lookin up the vin the car was still located in KY and was junked 1 week ago. Wasted my time and avoid this scam place .

The absolute best shop there is on the island. Mr. Vinny is a legend, the most knowledgeable and kind man who took care of everything we needed. They have great prices, great staff, and know what you need when you need it most. Every time my family has a car in need, our first call is Mr. Vinny. Thank you for serving our Nassau County community the way you have for years. We are forever thankful.

Spanish guy at the desk who is in charge told me 400$ and verbally promised warranty on the part over the phone conversation. When I arrived price changed to 700$ and no warranty!!! Plus part was damaged. Owners should be very careful on picking their representatives who are at the desk communicating with clients. Very rude and unprofessional. Wasted my time and money

Not sure about the other reviews but I came on here to really say these guys did their job on delivering a Honda motor the next given business day to CT, dropped off with paperwork and everything. Will purchase from them again the far future. Thanks guys. 🇩🇴
