Amazing ppl that work here never had had a complaint or a problem with them. They will tell you almost immediately what's wrong with your truck and I liked they kept me informed, TJ in the service department is great and always have approaches me like i was a old friend of him. I highly recommend them, not only for the great work they do but also for being honest.

I by am Canadian and in June my wife and I were travelling north on I 95 from Bangor to Fredericton, New Brunswick. We were pulling our fifth wheel RV when a trucker waved us over. A bearing had overheated on the trailer and the brake was on fire. I managed to get to Freightliner of Maine. They made the necessary repairs and U picked up the trailer three days later. I noticed that the trailer brakes were not working and when I pulled off the drums I noticed that the bearings had been over greased. I called Mitch Harris, service manager, and explained the situation. Mitch was terrific and reimbursed me for all time and material things repair the brakes. The staff in the shop and Mitch were all very professional and I highly recommend the dealership.

So its an unassuming place that services Freightliner. My van is branded a Freightliner but really a Mercedes 2500 diesel. I stopped in to see why the steering wasn't as responsive as it should be. They gave me an appointment for the next day. They diagnosed (and showed me) that I needed to have the ball joints replaced but the parts wouldn't come in until the next day. No problem. Next day they replace the ball joints and then have problems getting it aligned, next day appointment. No problem, just get it done I say. After the work is done, I take it for a test drive and everything is fine, steering fixed, alignment done, van tracks straight and steering wheel is lined up correctly.
