Good guys. They are busy and don't always answer the phone, but we trust them to take good care of our vehicles. We've been able to make appointments without having to wait too long.

Disappointed with the service. Asked to have a complete brake controller and 7 pin socket installed in my RV for my car hauler trailer with brakes. Paid good money for it too. They did Not complete the job, leaving out the power feed from the battery. No way for the breakaway battery to charge. Dangerous and frankly poor service for something this important! 7 pin socket installed upside down. The wires were left to span the cross members without any protective covering to stop it from sliding against the metal and fray/break over time. After I told them I had to have this to move out of state the next day, they Promised if I drove it back from Millinocket they would absolutely fit it in. They broke that promise. Was not done even though it was there early am and left there all day. Burned

My car is there now, will return to give a full review... So far they answer phones and are very communicative...they seem pretty quick on diagnosing n getting parts for my car already will see if we get it back before weekend or not😎 I HAVE A 1990 DODGE DAYTONA WITH 109 K GETTING FIXED THERE NOW

They brought us in immediately, checked out our vehicle issues, and got us on our way incredibly fast. Excellent service.
