Nappa is ground ZERO for quality parts and customer service second to none. Been a Customer from the Day I walked into the Glenwood store off Columbia drive in Decatur back in 74. Shopped Nappa top to bottom and both coasts. No they ain't the cheapest. But they are the BEST!. HOULTON IS MY home base store not to forget my friends at the Lincoln Maine store as well! Always great!

Very helpful in service and answering questions and if they don't have it they will have it for u next day or two
First auto parts store that doesn't treat me in a condescending manner because I'm a woman. They are very helpful and knowledgeable, and if the part isn't in, they get it in a day.
Found the Metal Wiper I wanted at a decent price, pleasant young counter guy with a "won't give up" attitude...just the ticket.
