friendly guys with a sense of humor. stopped in on the fly when I had a rounded lug nut after two people tried. they went out of their way for me to drive on a a special tool and reef on it and in 5 minutes he had me all fixed up. even put a new lug nut on and torqued it to spec. A+

Supposed to be a dodge specific/ general vehicle salvage yard. Every time I’ve called for the past 3-5 years, I ask if they have a part I’m needing, they instantly say “no”, no matter what that part is without even checking inventory. The least they could do is pretend to check their inventory. Very unimpressed. Someone need to start a pick and pull junk yard in aroostrook county. Terrible “salvage” yard.

I knew i needed an oil change, and the inspection proved I had trouble, that clunk i asked them about, the news "tie rods, both in and out" , Rob was great , gave me the opportunity for parts and worked me back in their very busy schedule that day. That's Service! Great staff, Thanks Rob. Sue C.

The employees of this business are very friendly. They have an awesome waiting room. Super comfortable seating, a coffee machine, even a pool table and an area for kids to play. I will be going back for sure 10 out of 10 recommend

Houlton Towing is by far the best place I have been to service my car! They were affordable and kind. Very family friendly with a comfortable and fun waiting area! Smiles all around! I would recommend this business to anyone!
