Fritz Mechanical Service

We have been waiting 4 months on parts for a warrantied repair they completed and didn’t do correctly apparently. Our car sat at their shop for weeks and we finally just picked it up and they said they were still waiting on parts. Called them to check on the parts and they didn’t even order them. Fritz continues to ghost us; so we went to another mechanic who did the work correctly this time and did it within a week. Fritz did not use an o-ring where they were supposed to leading to leaks.

First time ever walking in needing service .. never was I greeted .. mechanic and receptionist were both rude and very unprofessional..as if in they didn’t want to help that day nor in the future.. won’t be back !!!

After battling 4 mechanic shops to fix an issue my car was having, lost thousands, and was left feeling frustrated i reached out to Fritz and FINALLY got help. They actually looked at my car, knew what was wrong and promptly fixed the issue. I am so grateful to finally find such a great mechanic! I was treated with respect and they actually listened (which apparently is very rare in the mechanic world) Keep up the amazing work! I have my permanent car doctor now!

Tyler and staff were great to work with. My truck broke down 2 hours from home when my wife, our 2 kids and myself had to be at a wedding another 2 hours from home. I had the truck towed to Tyler’s shop at about 5:00 on a Friday afternoon. He called me at about 3:00 on Saturday afternoon and told me he had the truck fixed, for much cheaper than I was expecting. A less honest person could easily have taken advantage of the situation I was in. Highly recommend taking vehicles there.

Tyler went above and beyond for me. I had some issues with my front tire and before making a 2 hour drive I needed to get it checked immediately. Tyler was able to squeeze me in his busy schedule and check the tire for a leak and fill all the rest of my tires. You don't find that kind of service everywhere and I'm beyond grateful for his knowledge and willingness to help. Couldn't recommend this business more!
