Turpin Motors Inc. Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Brought in my jeep due to check engine light. They did nothing but put it on a charger?!? Came back to Chicago and another Jeep dealership replaced the faulty oxygen sensor. Wow, just wow.

Just WOW… I’ve been here to have my Jeep fixed and they did a great job, great customer service.. so I was bringing my Jeep back and was told they could run a code to find out why my check engine light is on.. It has NEVER cost me a dime to do this ANYWHERE!! I wasn’t charged at Jeep in Kewanee to run a code and have my Jeep looked at.. there was zero work done!! It’s free to run a code at ANY AutoZone or O’Reillys!! RIDICULOUS!! I was charged $113 for labor.. what a joke. I obviously will NOT be back.. supplies $5.40 ?… yall are a joke!

I am extremely dissatisfied with Turpin's. They have had my car for almost 2 weeks and still can't figure out what's wrong. Started out as spark plugs, ignition coils and serpentine belt and it would be done last Tuesday. I didn't hear anything from them saying it was ready so on Wednesday I called the service department. I was told the mechanic couldn't get it started so it had another issue and I would get a phone call telling me what the issue is. No contact on Thursday so I called Friday and was told it could be a timing chain or blown motor. Still no return phone call after I called this morning and was told after she got done with another customer she would call me back. No call back as of yet and that was over an hour ago. Very poor service department customer service.
