One of the repairs was especially costly, so we were understandably nervous—but it was handled professionally, honestly, and done right. Since the repair, we’ve had zero issues, which really speaks to the quality of their work. Jake clearly knows his stuff and takes pride in doing the job correctly, not cutting corners. Had them do some major break repairs on my 26 year old car. Two other places in town didn't have the experience to work on it. One place I found to be just rude about it. There is another place that could work on it, but they never answer their phone to schedule an appointment. I found Hancock Repair to be upfront and honest. They got it fixed and done right.
