My Vans thermostat housing cracked when it was 15°. It was about 8:00 p.m. on a Tuesday. At 8: 55 p.m. O'Reilly staff help me put together an order to fix the radiator thermostat housing and hoses. Which entailed going through many diagrams for me to poorly explain which parts I needed. And even though I told them the incorrect parts more than once and several returns exchanges need to be made. Not once did I get the impression that I was being a burden or that I was inconveniencing anyone. Even though I clearly was asking for much more than what is required of their staff. Service like this is hard to find anywhere. Thanks again 👍🙌

I've been to this location a few times. They are always friendly and provide great service. The employees don't talk down to you. The young lady that helped me, I believe her name was Star. Was very helpful. When I was looking at batteries, but I wasn't sure if I needed one and I was shocked at the pricing. Then when I was driving my car home the car died from an old battery. Jinx. So I went to Farm and Fleet first and saw that their pricing was the same. Went back to O'Reilly's because of the great service that I had received earlier. Again she helped me out and everything went great.

I have been there before. Had to get a battery terminal for the grand daughters car. We had to find a universal terminal. The did have quite the variety to choose from. Found one that was close to what we need. Their prices are responsible. And the sales people where helpful. I will be back there when I need another part.

I don't usually write reviews but I've had to go to this location twice. Wayne was so helpful and knowledgeable! Thankful for the time he took with me and my car issues.
