I was going to utilize their business for a small project, but when I got in touch with the Machine Shop manager, he was incredibly rude on the phone. Told me to stop bothering him with phone calls, and that he had already talked to me. Ironically, this was my first time ever talking with this guy. The rest of the front office office staff were nice and pleasant to deal with. Thanks, but I'll be finding another place to do business with. It's unfortunate, since FMA was recommended to me by two other shops and both said they were great to deal with. Guess not.

Eugene Otto uses your business (Ft. Myers Automotive & Industrial Supply) to scam people out of their money. He tells people he works for your company and that he can get parts for them at cost (a lower price than what the average person can get) so he can save them some money. Sounds great right? Yeah, we thought so also. Eugene said he ordered parts from "His Employer" to save us some money and needed the cash from us to get the bill off of his card. Then it was excuse after excuse on why he couldn't show up to do the work. I requested the money to be returned. "I have to return the items to get refunded the money, then I can pay you back" Aa few days later "The refund has been approved, it just hasn't gone through yet". 2 days after that "I got the money". Great! When can we meet up? "
