I had an extremely negative experience with this business due to unacceptable customer service and a complete lack of professionalism. Courtesy and respect should be standard in any service-based business, yet I received neither from the driver nor from management. From the beginning, I was treated with what felt like unexplained hostility, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable and inappropriate. The way this situation was handled was unprofessional and unacceptable. As a result, I have reported this company to AAA Patient Relations and requested that they be permanently flagged on my AAA account so they will never contact me again.
