Dont trust this shop, they worked on my vehicle for over a month guessing and having me buy unnecessary parts, so had to tow it to another shop and still charged me $1k although the truck was in the same condition as I dropped it off, also caught them in a few lies that they said they worked on something and didnt and charged me for it, BEWARE! Towed the truck to Protech in decatur and what G&S couldn't fix in over a month they had fixed in about 4 hrs and alot cheaper, this place is a joke

I brought my 2020 GMC Sierra to G & S Automotive and couldn’t be happier with the service. They diagnosed the issue quickly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and got my truck back on the road in great shape. Terrible experience. They tell me my vehicle will be done Tuesday. And I wait for a call Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday. And finally I get a call Friday of the next week. 2 weeks later after they said. And don’t even try to call them. They won’t answer. EVER. 100% don’t recommend

G & S Automotive is the only place we trust to have work on our vehicles. They are extremely honest, and they care about the safety of their customers. We have been using them for several years now. Greg and his crew do their best to work on our SUVs as quickly as possible. I tell everyone, if you need a great, and honest mechanic, go to G & S Automotive!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by G&S. They gave me a ballpark price on having several items done to my truck along with an estimate of how long it would take. They finished right on time and price. The work was done right and exactly how I had asked them. I highly recommend.
