Took my powerstroke to them for convenience (I’m a mechanic myself) over a blown hose and power loss. They told me my motor was blown. After I got into it turns out I had a heater hose with a pin sized hole in it and my exhaust back pressure sensor was out along with the tube being clogged with soot.

I brought my car in just hoping they wouldn’t be busy and someone could check it out really quick. I really don’t know cars well and was very nervous. I didn’t have an appointment or anything but Chris checked it out. Noticed my oil was low too and helped me out with that! 5 stars for excellent, kind service and being willing to help someone in a pinch.

My family and I have been going to GT Automotive for years, and every time we have used their service they have always been more than fair,even generous! The owner is a great person and always gives you the lowdown before doing the work to make sure you are comfortable with everything. Please give them a chance, I promise you will not regret it!

Thought Ii found a reliable shop but two weeks after power steering pump and engine coolant lines. The steering noises came back. Plus the owner was angry very angry when I brought the car back and complained. Will NEVER go back there
