We pulled up this evening to pickup a bulb for our headlight, as my husband ran in, I noticed your employee, Andrew. He was helping this single lady with kids in the car. He didn't just come out and run a diagnostic and say here's what you need. He helped show her where to put the fluid and how to check it. Worth more than Five Stars! You don't see that service at Auto Zone or any other competitor in town. Great job Andrew! Thanks so much, and I'm sure the lady you helped was grateful too!

90% of the time this location is great and highly knowledgeable. However, we prepaid for a battery and were told to come back later on the same day to pick it up. It wasn’t ready for us because one of the employees “didn’t get to it” and were asked if we minded- we said we understand and were told to come back the next day (today) to pick it up. We did as asked of us, and the same employee who was supposed to unpack and set our purchase to the side… sold it. He happened to sell the last battery of that kind in the state, that we had already paid for. We were refunded but still don’t have a truck battery. Every other employee we have worked with has been fantastic, but this one employee is not reliable whatsoever.

Went to the ER store today to pick up a part for my dad, that he had called in & a woman employee pulled for me. I was greeted by utter disrespect, laziness, & misogynistic comments by Assistant Manager, Andrew. Not only did Andrew fail to understand my dad called in & had the part pulled, he refused to look for it, & then told me (I quote), “I hate when men send in women who don’t know anything.” After showing him the text of info from my dad that included a picture of the part, & calling my dad on speaker to reiterate exactly what I already explained 3+ times, he stormed off to check the shelf & found the part. He only apologized “that the part was on the wrong shelf” after I said I’d like to do a survey or talk to someone about my experience. I cannot believe someone who is supposed t

Went in a few days ago to look for a car battery and a new gas cap, but was disappointed to see that o’reilly batteries are almost $100 more expensive than walmart. I went to the register with just my gas cap and mentioned the high price on batteries, and the assistant manager actually price matched for me! I had been to the location a couple of times before but never seen him before. He was very very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making sure i left the store satisfied. Another cashier was working as well, an older gentleman who had been helpful in the past but seemed to have some amount of trouble using the computers. The assistant manager made sure to take the time to show his coworker how to use the price match feature while he helped me out. Overall, great experience!

Everyone here is very knowledgeable about cars and are very helpful. I have been to every location in Anchorage and Eagle River and out of all the NAPAs, auto zones, this location is by far my favorite place to shop!
