Honest, upfront, and fixed more than they quoted me for without charging me anything extra just because they felt inclined to improve my vehicle. Real people and I would recommend them to anyone. The repairs are flawless and you can't tell a difference on the paint or bodywork for what has been touched. Plus side, it was done 2 weeks before they told me it would be done. Under promise, over deliver!

Brandon was phenomenal to work with from start to finish! The entire process was great on my brand new 2024 Tundra Limited. They called with updates and customer service was superb. My truck slid down the driveway back in January and creased the door. I can't even tell it happened now! Highly recommend. Top shop in Eagle River! Thank you Brandon and team.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve never been treated so badly as I was today by Vince. I understand a company not wanting to work on a certain vehicle or if it has rust but to mistreat the customer and hang up on me, not one but twice as I called to understand what kind of company treats people in this manner. I was told this Fing company is the one that does it. At least be polite and explain the circumstances. They clearly think they are better than any of us. Do not go to this company. I try to keep my business in Eagle River but I will go out of my way to have people not go to this place. Such a disgrace.

Vince and his team have never let us down. They have a common sense approach and they won’t even give us a estimate if they think we are going to throw good money after bad. Their work is solid, never any problems after the fact. They try to get you your car back as quickly as possible too. They have been in business for a long time and are a USAA STARS business.
