Galaxy Express Car Wash

Galaxy Express Car Wash is very new and clean, "pun intended". I didn't use the drive-through car wash but used the pull up detail station, which was great. Very easy to use and spacious compared to some other car washes. I will definitely make this my go to quick detail and clean stop.

Had an amazing experience at Galaxy Car Wash! The staff was super friendly from start to finish, and I even got a free air freshener. The light show in the tunnel was such a fun touch, and my car came out spotless, clean, and shiny. To top it all off, the vacuums were very strong and the towel service made drying quick and easy. Hands down one of the best car wash experiences and definitely the best in Oviedo - highly recommend!

I am sharing this experience as a customer who trusted Galaxy Car Wash with my car. When I went through their wash, their equipment tore the spoiler off my vehicle and damaged the top of the trunk. The manager even showed me the video, which clearly captured their machinery ripping the spoiler off inside the wash tunnel. I obtained a professional repair estimate for $910. Despite having video proof of their equipment causing the damage, the business offered several inconsistent and inadequate resolutions. They first offered $150, then a free annual wash subscription, then suggested having someone simply glue the spoiler back on, and finally offered $450. The guys always go an extra mile, not just with me, but in general. Place is always clean. In and out, no issues. Attitude in general is always friendly. Love this place. And of course, my car always looks awesome. God bless all of them!
