I was passing through on I-24 when I was the victim of a hit and run accident. The other car did some damage to my right=front tire and the mechanical parts that hold it in alignment. The shop got me in first thing in the morning and quickly fixed my car and got me back on the road, all without price gouging me because I was a captive customer without a choice. Integrity and competence are in great abundance here and strongly recommend you consider bringing your tire needs here before looking at other options!

I got a flat tire on my way from St. Augustine, FL to Greenville, Indiana. The only way to get it there was to walk it with my dog. I want to thank Clark for helping me get it there and Gary for taking it back. When I got back and saw that he had put the tire on my car also, I just burst into tears. Thank you so much for that act of kindness. These are wonderful people and I highly recommend.........Jill

I had a part of my car I couldn’t reach to fix, and I live in Nashville & go to school in Murfreesboro. I’m a 24-year-old girl, and my dad was working—can you say stress?? Josh and Clark helped me like it was no big deal for them. They were so kind and made sure it was safe for me to get home. I can’t speak for the tire service specifically, but I can say they have genuinely kind, good people working there and that’s what makes great service.

Amazing staff!! My wife and I were out of town for our anniversary and of course on our way back home, we have a flat.. We went to several different shops but ultimately Gateway was the way to go!! Mr Ken and Mr John were both very helpful and had us road ready in less than 20 minutes for a very reasonable price! Thank you for what you guys do, God bless!
