Great guys had a small problem on trailer (lights) had short somewhere on trlr and them guys found it in like 1/2 hr . Previously was at other shop and lost lije 8hours and problem was still there , Gateway found it in like 1/2 hr to 45 min . Great job and thank you guys , Was lucky and got one glad hand seal for free 😂👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Had automotive parts racks in my trailer. The receiver in Fenton, Mo poked and ripped holes in the trailer roof. Gateway was called out to do the repairs(I waited 5 hours). Repairman patched roof. Not to my satisfaction which I voiced and was told "it'll be fine". Well it has not been. All of the repair sites leak(ed) from bad/ loose rivets, and poor quality patching media that dried out and cracked from exposure to the elements it was supposed to provide leak protection from, which, since I live in Tn makes it hard to get back to this vendor to have repair corrected. I called and talked with someone there. Told them of the problem. The person I talked with talked to me like I was trying to get over on them. He took my phone number, the invoice info and said "we will call you back".which h
