GCR Tires & Service

GCR went above and beyond expectations. I had a friend from the local car group suggest them. Sarah at the front desk made sure the guys knew to be careful with my new wheels and they certainly were. The tech was awesome he told me he was as careful as possible and that’s why it took longer; I said I don’t mind the wait I appreciated him taking the time to ensure it was perfect. The price was better than some other shops locally for mount and balance. I definitely recommend them. As with any business, just communicate with them clearly and they’ll get it done the way you need!

Excellent quality, excellent price, excellent mechanics another stuff from the smallest card or the biggest trucks. My 30-year-old class a RV needed a new set of tires (6) - these guys had them in the next day and had me Back on the road in two days. At a time when most shops are booked out weeks ahead, they do first come first served queue daily, So it was perfect for my needs as I traveled through Elko. Otherwise I'd be waiting and waiting. Can't say enough good things about the service I received. I'm a real customer and I really was just passing through town when I got stuck here and needed service. So there you go.

We got our tire exploded last night and found this place. Had to wait till next morning. The office manager arrived at 8 am and told us they don’t work because everyone is sick due to Covid 19 and being here is a huge risk for us. There is a question: if your staff is sick why do you open your shop? There is a suggestion: please write a note for truck drivers, that you don’t work, so we won’t waste our precious time waiting for you the whole night.

Showed up with a oversized load and they where able to get me right in and had the equipment and experience to raise my trl which was 45000 lbs everyone was very friendly would highly recommend this shop for all your tire needs

The charges were reasonable but they didnt do a good job. I got a new tire installed here for $25 and I asked them to check and let me know if any other tires are bad. They either didnt check it or forgot to tell me what other tires are bad but I ended up stuck in snow storm as a result of that coz one of my other tires went flat and had to change it myself in a snow storm late at night as road side assisstance wouldnt come and help me. They said coz they were so busy and late at night, they are only taking calls from 911 and I called 911. The dispatch and officers mentioned they are busy with some accidents and its better to change the tire myself
