Gedeon Auto Body

My car broke down on the freeway this morning and a very nice Kingland cop saw me and came over to help. After trying to fix my car the officer said that he knew 4 tow companies and would call one if I wanted him too. He ended up calling Gideon's Auto body and tow. I drive a Kia Spectra which happen to be 2700 lbs. When the drive got there I asked how much he would charge to tow and he said "I will work with you. As soon a I got in the car and we pulled off the freeway he told me that he wants $185 to tow me off the freeway. I told him that he should have informed me before hooking my car. The guy end up leaving me on the side of the street and taking my car to be impound on his storage lot. When I called to get an invoice of the charges I was told that the car was called in by the police

Do not use this company he damaged my vehicle during a tow. Plus they knocked something out of line ! My car drives horrible!!! When confronted he got rude and hung up! I will be contacting the BBB And his insurance!

This was a place that I went and had some service done to my vehicle. While I was there I noticed that he was horrifically rude to a certain worker there. The way he spoke to this employee so disrespectfully was beyond uncalled for. Especially when he was screaming at this employee when the employee was doing everything that he was being asked of. This guy is a true peice of ship. Also when I went to pick up my vehicle he was screaming at that same employee to go and get something and then while the employee was in mid run to go get what he wanted, he'd scream at him like a dog and scream "come here come hear" This guy is truly something else. This was just wrong.

Gedeons worked on our car after it was hit by a school bus. The staff went above and beyond to get us a rental and helped to get the rental extended. They kept us informed on parts coming in. The body work and paint job was amazing. 10/10 recommend some of the best staff I have dealt with.
