General Auto Repair

I decided to go with General Auto repair after a google search and am glad I did. I gave them a list of standard 100,000 mile repairs that needed to be taken care of, and they said that my brakes also needed replacing. They explained everything clearly and were not pushy. In fact, they told me that one of the services I initially requested did not need to be done. It was a fair amount of work and they were able to get it all done well in one day, which was extremely helpful. They also followed up the next day to make sure everything was okay. Friendly, reliable, and highly recommended!

Such a great experience all around! Will was very pleasant on the phone as well as in person. They were able to squeeze me in, work with my crazy schedule and have me out within the time frame needed. They were very transparent with everything and pricing was reasonable. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable and the cute pups behind the counter are a nice little bonus =)!

Great experience from the very start. Scott answered the phone and was polite, professional, and seemed to be in good spirits. He passed me off to Will the mechanic and again, polite, professional, and in good spirits. They helped us out with a battery change even though we were cutting it close with the time they close up shop. Nice, comfortable, and clean waiting area where they offered us coffee, water, and snacks. Upfront with the costs. I will continue going and I would highly recommend them.

Hands down the best car service I've ever had. They are upfront and transparent with pricing and will even work with you if you have a budget. I won't go anywhere else. I've been using Model for 6 years now and I highly reccomend.

I used General Auto Repair for the first time this week. I was extremely happy with the professionalism of the crew and the friendliness of everyone there.
